Luxon MX is an offshoot of Luxon Engineering, a San Diego based product development and mechanical engineering company. Luxon MX was formed to apply their vast engineering experience and technology to their motocross passion. Motocross is rather young in terms of engineering technology and Luxon is out to challenge the status quo offering advanced performance products.
Unlike other aftermarket motocross companies, Luxon are an engineering focused company. Their goal is to provide the most advanced products available: light weight and high strength parts with ideal stiffness/flex characteristics. They leverage advanced engineering technology in the design of their products; to a level unmatched in the motocross industry.
The Gen3 triple clamps are a more affordable version of Luxon's Gen3 Pro clamps. But that doesn't mean these are a low performance triple clamp! Luxon have taken their Gen3 Pro design, removed some of the more expensive features (titanium bolts, adjustable offset, etc.), and arrived at a version that's still lightweight, strong, and offers a more optimised stiffness balance. The Gen3 clamps are a significant upgrade from stock and are more compliant front to back for a comfortable ride, yet still stiff in other directions to maintain steering precision, predictability, and feel. Choose from stock 22 mm offset or 23.5 mm offset for added stability (recommended for the new chassis and/or faster riders on faster tracks).
Luxon Gen3 clamps have done away with KTM's problematic steering stem pinch bolt system and use a more traditional double nut system like the Japanese bikes. The clamps include the necessary steering stem nuts and assemblies just like a Japanese bike.
Fits many 2016-2024 KTM, Husqvarna and GasGas motocross and off-road models. Choose from two offset options 22mm or 23.5mm. Choose from black, orange, blue or red anodise colours.
Also available in custom anodised colours such as: Purple, Club MX Blue (Turquoise), Bronze, Gold and Clear (Raw Aluminium Look). This will incur an additional lot charge price which covers both electropolish and anodise. Lead time is heavily dependent on Luxon current manufacturing schedules.

BAR MOUNT INTERFACE AND STEERING DAMPERS
Bar mounts are NOT included, but various bar mounts options are available. Please note stock mounts are NOT compatible. Luxon 4-Post Gen3 bar mounts are available here.
All Luxon Gen3 triple clamps use the Xtrig style mounting interface: M12 bolts threaded directly into the top triple clamp with a 26 mm wide groove to locate the bar mount. The mounts are spaced 90 mm apart. The Gen3 clamps are compatible with Luxon Gen3 M12 bar mounts as well as any bar mounts compatible with Xtrig M12 clamps. This allows multiple bar mount options and for the use of many existing aftermarket products and steering damper setups.

Luxon clamps are a direct fit if you update to the new 2023+ top bearing seal, KTM part number A46001086000 (this single piece seal replaces the o-ring, rubber seal, and steel cup of the old design). Depending on the installation type, make and model of bike, bar mount position, etc., you may need to lightly trim plastic brackets and/or relocate hour meters or accessories to allow clearance for the bar mounts.
