Luxon MX is an offshoot of Luxon Engineering, a San Diego based product development and mechanical engineering company. Luxon MX was formed to apply their vast engineering experience and technology to their motocross passion. Motocross is rather young in terms of engineering technology and Luxon is out to challenge the status quo offering advanced performance products.

Designed with advanced engineering analysis and tested with the top pro riders of the Club MX Yamaha Team, these mounts minimise weight and increase compliance without sacrificing strength or precision handling.
A significant weight savings of 0.68 pounds (0.31g) over stock! Luxon utilise a complex Finite Element Analysis (FEA) model to design these mounts. This ensures they meet their stiffness goals, while minimising weight, and maintaining strength. And combined with on-track testing by top professionals, this allows Luxon to develop the most advanced engine mounts available.
Despite their complex design, Luxon CNC machine these mounts in-house, from USA made material, which enables them to offer them at a more affordable price than the competition without sacrificing performance or quality.
This kit includes four precision machined 7075-T6 aluminium brackets. Choose from blue or black anodise colours.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
Installs the same as stock. Luxon recommend stock mounting hardware or high quality aftermarket titanium hardware (available from Racetech, Mettec, etc.).
Use OEM bolt torque for stock hardware with Loctite 243 threadlocker. If using titanium hardware, install with Loctite C5-A anti-seize (not threadlocker) on both the bolt threads and under the bolt/nut heads, and reduce the OEM torque specs by 40% (torque reduction accounts for the lubricity of the anti-seize).
