The MX Flame Discs are manufactured to the tightest tolerances and specifications using a specially hardened premium quality stainless steel. However, Moto-Master take performance to the next level by integrating their Flame design into the disc, which aids in the cooling and cleaning of the contact surface. All their FLAME discs are laser cut, CNC drilled, and precision double grinded for perfect fitment and flatness. For best performance, it is recommend to use Moto-Master brake pads with the matching pad compound that best suits your type of riding.

  • Bolt-on performance upgrade
  • Flame-shaped venting slots follow the direction of movement of the brake pad. This allows for bigger venting slots for better cooling without creating excessive brake pad wear like other brands
  • Flame-shaped outer perimeter increases surface and supports brake pad on outside perimeter. The advantage of this is better cooling without excessive brake pad wear and no tilting of the brake pad gives you a smoother feel
  • An equal amount of contact between brake pad and disc through the whole disc rotation. Allowing for perfect modulation, smooth-predictable braking action
  • Manufactured from premium quality stainless steel with a unique double sided grinding process. This process reduces bending and warping, increasing lifespan, and eliminates the spongy feel at lever.

In order for us to be able to offer the entire range of some products, we have a special order in process. Once you place your order, we will order your items in from our suppliers. This allows you to have more freedom in choice of colour, style, upgrades etc.

Processing time can vary - some items we will have within a few days, whereas some items are ordered in from the United States of America or Europe, and therefore require an extra few weeks to account for shipping time and in some cases, manufacturing time. You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been placed and you will receive status updates on your order as it progresses.
